Customers shouldn't waste time or money dealing with complex computer support issues. With one call, the HelpDesk staff at VeroTek will take responsibility for solving your support, training or maintenance issues. Our experienced Level I Technicians solve most problems on the first call. More difficult problems are escalated to Level II technicians or result in onsite support from our Field Staff. To further safeguard customer resources, all workstations are protected by the VeroTek Anti-Virus System, and Imaged to provide rapid disaster recovery.

All incoming calls and subsequent support are tracked by the VeroTek HelpDesk System (VHS) to assure customer Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are maintained. VHS also provides web enabled real-time viewing of call status, along with automatic problem escalation, and periodic management reporting.
