- 1994-1995 Based on earlier work with Honeywell, KNS was awarded
a contract to design and implement an enterprise-wide LAN solution
for San Diego Gas & Electric. Designed and rolled out the unified
network infrastructure, which affected all application servers in
the company and the 2500 LAN-connected workstations. The firm continues
work with SDG&E on additional aspects of their Tier II computing
environment.
- 1995 Developed a series of courses for Hewlett-Packard’s
network products division. The first textbook was an introduction
to networking; subsequent courses were product-specific sales training
courses.
- 1995/96 Provided design services for 5 new "Technology
Schools " under construction in the San Diego and Sweetwater
Unified School Districts.
- July 1996 Designed and project managed the rollout of a new
NetWare 4.X system to the 700 Jenny Craig International company sites.

Beginning of 1997 In recognition of the increasingly operational nature of the business, an additional firm VeroTek Systems was incorporated to handle Managed Network Services and HelpDesk Services.
- 1997 - 2005 VeroTek Systems is selected by The City of National
City and The Charter Schools of San Diego for their network outsource
needs.
- 1998 - 2000 KNS selected to lead Sempra Energy’s Y2K effort for workstations and networks.

1998 - 2000 VeroTek selected to handle the Win98 rollout for Sempra's workstations.
