VeroTek began at the end of 1987 as Kennedy & Associates, when Glenn Kennedy — previously the Annuity Data Processing Manager at E.F. Hutton — decided to form a system integration firm that could provide an outsource of network integration services and training programs to the San Diego business community. Over the years, the company has won technical and project management recognition and continued to grow, evolving from a proprietorship to a California Corporation in 1994. With the evolution from a pure consulting and training firm to a company with significant operational capability and security focus, the company became VeroTek Systems in 1997.
